Week 12 I Heart Faces Challenge

This week's theme is "focusing on angles" I normally try to shoot from different angles when I'm taking a picture, but I have to say that it is harder than it seems. Sometimes you end up with a weird horizon or you can actually exaggerate a person's facial features, so you kinda have to be careful. I took this picture of Steffy today while finishing up my mentor assignment. I really like how it turned out!

Time Flies

Well my buttercups are starting to come up and I remembered about this picture I had taken of Adrian last year. It was his first spring. Look at this cutie and those cheeks...

Week 10 I Heart Faces Photo Challenge- Jump for Joy!

Hurry up and get here Spring!

This weekend was in the 50's, that's about 15-20 degrees warmer than it's been so even if there was a bit of a chill, we braved it and spent the day outside! Saturday I took Adrian to play with Micah, Audrey's niece. It was hard getting snapshots of them two because all they want to do is run when let lose :) but it was fun! Then I went to my mom's for a little bit and got a really nice shot of her and Adrian.

My edit. I'm really trying to achieve a clean processing. I hope you like this. All I did was up the curves a little, used the patch tool to remove some blemishes, then ran a smooth skin action and burned the background in.
